Shaping legislation and law reform in NL
The CBA-NL Legislation and Law Reform (L&LR) Committee supports the Branch in pursuing improvements in the law and the administration of justice. The Committee puts forth legal and policy issues of interest or concern to the legal community for the Branch to review. These are issues the legal profession has a social or moral obligation to respond to and the Branch plays an important role in informing public debate.
See the CBA-NL Legislation and Law Reform Guide for more information. To suggest legislation and law reform or other provincial advocacy initiatives, email us at cba-nl@cba.org.
