Eugene Chao Begins His Term as President
This year, CBA Newfoundland & Labrador welcomes Eugene Chao as its new Branch President for the 2025–26 term. He succeeds Lynn Sullivan, who served with distinction over the past year. Eugene graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a JD in 2020. He currently works for the Department of Justice and Public Safety in Newfoundland and Labrador, where he specializes in a broad range of litigation.
