The CBA Newfoundland & Labrador office will be closed from December 24 to January 2nd for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 5th.

Bylaws

6. Executive Committee

  1. The Executive Committee of the Branch shall consist of:
    1. The Table Officers of the Branch;
    2. Secretary;
    3. Professional Development Chair;
    4. Young Lawyers Chair;
    5. Western Regional Representative;
    6. Central Regional Representative;
    7. Labrador Regional Representative;
    8. Executive Director, who shall be a non-voting member.
  2. Any vacancy that may occur on the Executive Committee may be filed by unanimous resolution of Council and may, in the interim, be filled temporarily by the Executive Committee.
