The CBA Newfoundland & Labrador office will be closed from December 24 to January 2nd for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 5th.

Bylaws

16. Term of Office

  1. In these By-laws "annual period" means the period from September 1 to August 31.
  2. All Officers, elected Members of the Council and all Branch Section Chairs shall hold office for the term of the annual period. 
  3. The Branch President and Section Chairs shall not hold such office for more than two consecutive annual periods without prior approval of the Executive Committee.
